The method

Four crossed perspectives on a single hypothesis

Whether it is a new offer or an international market, the question is the same: what evidence really justifies the investment? I answer it by testing your assumptions against the market through four perspectives. None is enough on its own; it is their crossing that produces a solid conviction.

01
AI

Artificial intelligence speeds up information gathering, source cross-referencing and signal detection at scale. It is a powerful research tool — never the conclusion.

02
Sector experts

Experts in a trade or a geography confront the signals with the reality of the field. They discard false evidence and surface what data alone does not show.

03
Potential clients

Real demand and willingness to pay are tested with actual potential clients. It is there, in contact with the market, that the decision is made.

04
International perspective

13 years abroad — including China — to read the codes, the channels, the trust and the barriers of a market, beyond the figures.

AI is an acceleration layer, not a judge. It broadens and speeds up research; human expertise always validates the interpretation and the decision. Technology serves the method, it does not replace it.
How I apply it
Framing the decision

We start from the decision to prepare — launch, adjust, wait, give up — rather than a generic study. We turn your convictions into verifiable hypotheses.

Confronting the evidence

Each hypothesis is confronted with the four perspectives. Data, experts, potential clients and cross-cultural reading are crossed rather than stacked.

Human interpretation

Each finding is tied to a concrete business consequence and prioritized by its impact on the decision. Human expertise decides.

Actionable recommendation

You receive a clear position — GO, ADJUST, PAUSE or STOP — with the evidence behind it and the conditions that would tip it.

This approach extends the underlying thinking of my book, The 3C Method: Politics, Time and AI in the Analysis of International Markets, without being limited to it. The book sets the framework; the consulting applies it to your decision.
