Ekaterina Allard
I help B2B SME leaders confront their assumptions with the market — a new offer or an international opportunity — before committing their resources.
I spent thirteen years in China, in international hospitality. There I analysed foreign clientele, organised events and negotiated key-account contracts — in direct contact with high commercial demands, where one quickly learns to tell a real need from a mere intention.
Back in France, I devoted five years to business development, in startups as well as in large companies. Two scales, one same discipline: confront assumptions with the market before committing resources.
Since 2026, I have supported companies in their development through my own practice. I work on two high-stakes decisions: validating a new B2B offer and analysing an international market opportunity. In both cases, the same method — confronting assumptions with evidence.
Multilingual (French, English, Russian, Mandarin), I facilitate intercultural exchanges and combine human expertise, sector opinions, feedback from potential clients and AI tools to produce actionable recommendations.
